For me, it started years ago when I was running on empty — tired, wired, and living on caffeine. No matter how much I “did all the right things,” I still didn’t feel well. Doctors told me my labs were “fine,” but I knew something wasn’t right. When I discovered the functional medicine approach, it finally gave me a way to understand what was happening and how to heal. That experience is what drives me to make sure my clients never feel dismissed or left to figure it out alone.

Nutrition is important, but it’s only one piece of the puzzle. Together we’ll also address stress, boundaries, sleep, and daily routines.
