Life happens. If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your appointment, let me know as soon as you can so that others have the opportunity to be seen.
Should you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent at least one day, prior to your appointment date. However, if I am unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
No shows/ no calls will be charged full price.
Please note: If you have had a known exposure to Covid-19, tested positive for Covid-19, or experienced any potential symptoms of Covid-19, please, refrain from coming to Just Breathe, a salt room and healing center, LLC. until you are fully recovered.
