RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

Life happens. If you need to cancel or make adjustments to your appointment, let me know as soon as you can so that others have the opportunity to receive a session.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent at least one day, prior to your appointment date. However, if I am unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

If you need to reschedule or cancel:

Please call 508-366-8292, 24 hours prior to your appointment or workshop.

Late notice will result in a 100% session fee charge or workshop fee.

No-show charge is 100% of your session or workshop fee.

NOTE:  If you feel like you’re coming down with something, have a cold or the flu, as long as you are temperature free, that is the perfect time to come to a salt room!
